As you know, I am awaiting a liver transplant. On top of having a very painful sciatica of the lower right extremity that only helped to intensify my already ever-present health problems, there were many trips to the emergency room, and neurologist. Back surgery was becoming more and more a reality before I would be able to have a transplant.
When I first arrived in your clinic a year ago, I had just come out of a kidney procedure that made me very ill. I was off all medication for the liver and my sciatica, and lost about 17 pounds in 5 days. I was praying to God for relief. My wife, Susan, encouraged me to get physical therapy to see if it could help the pain. 1 was truly amazed at how fast I was able to get into your office, how accommodating you were, and how soon I started treatment.
Within a month I had gained back my weight and stopped taking my meds for the sciatica. With your all around comprehensive plan, the staff taught me special exercises, put me on massage therapy, physical therapy treatments and chiropractic adjustments. I started to feel less and less pain, and it became easier to manage.
But this is not the real praise I have for you and your staff. In the past year, my overall health has improved to the extent that I have not been to the emergency room once, and my routine labs show me being stable at this time. I can only attribute this to the treatment I have received from your program.
Althouqh, I still deal with health issues daily, your guidance and healing have made my quality of life so much better. Your caring and warm personal staff only adds to the healing powers you have.
Speaking for myself, if more physicians, insurance companies, and people would get involved with your “integrated healthcare”, all of us could greatly benefit from the results.
